FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  HOW TO GET CREDITS         

• First create a new account if you don't already have one.
• Then browse which lessons you like.
• Purchase  lesson in store (exam is a download, you download all 3 associated files).  Download each file once, making sure the file name or extension doesn't change, and download into same folder.
• Open the lesson.  It is an open-book quiz, so you can refer to the lesson while completing the quiz. 
• When you are ready to take the quiz, do NOT open the quiz - open the Fill-in Form instead, fill in your information, then the quiz will open automatically.  If you skip the Fill-in Form, your certificate will be incomplete.
• When you complete the Fill-in Form, the quiz will open automatically.
• When you complete the quiz, hit the Submit button only ONCE and trust the process.  If you pass, your certificate will be emailed to you within the hour.  If you don't pass, retake the quiz.
• Submit your certificate (or save it for proof) according to the rules of your jurisdiction(s). 

CAN I RETAKE PAST LESSONS?

Most jurisdictions allow you to retake a lesson if 3 years have expired or your NCRA 3-year cycle has expired.   Check your jurisdiction.

WHAT TYPES OF CREDITS ARE AVAILABLE?

Under the Products tab, you can choose from PDC (article) lessons worth .25 NCRA PDC/2.5 state hours

ARE YOUR CREDITS GOOD IN EVERY STATE?

Please check your own state's guidelines, but currently we are approved by the NCRA and all NCRA-compliant states EXCEPT Alabama.

We are approved in Texas for a subset of our lessons (look under the "Texas" tab).

We are not currently pre-approved in GA or NJ.
