INSTRUCTIONS AND AVAILABLE LESSONS

• Purchase lesson(s) you want.
• It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you download and complete one lesson at a time before downloading the next.
• Download all 3 files for each lesson (once).  Do not alter their names.   Keep them together in the same folder.
• Open and read or watch the lesson.  The quiz is "open book" so you can have your media open in a separate window.
• Open the "Fill-in Form" associated with the lesson you are taking.  (It automatically opens the Quiz once you add your information to it,  so do not bypass the Fill-in Form.)  
• Fill in your information in the "Fill-in Form."  At the bottom of the "Fill-in Form"  click on "Start Quiz."
• Take and pass the Quiz (answer the questions) and click "Submit Quiz"  ONLY "SUBMIT" IT ONCE (then trust the process).  You'll receive instant scoring. If you don't pass, just take it again.  Your certificate should arrive within the hour.  If you don't receive an email with your results at this juncture, please contact us.
• Your certificate will be sent to you via digital download.

               SUBMITTING CREDITS:

• NCRA approved LIVE CEU events are automatically submitted to NCRA for you.  You may still need to submit your certificate to your state, or save it as proof.
• ALL other lessons (PDC text lessons and CE video lessons) are NCRA pre-qualified and you must submit your certificate(s) to NCRA (and your state, if applicable) for credit.
• Currently we are not pre-approved in GA and NJ, but are working on it.  Alabama does not recognize NCRA PDCs.
